Arm Triangle Choke Seminar - Iis Great Success. ;-)

On Saturday we had a good turn out for the Arm Triangle Choke seminar. Everyone had a lot of fun and seemed excited by the new material. I'm sure they are looking forward to unleashing some of their new moves at their next sparring session!

Muwahaha :P

I'd like to thank everyone for attending. I'm hoping that we have as many if not more at the next event in at Force Xtreme in Sherbrooke.

I think December 11th will be the date of the next seminar, so mark it on your calendar, and start thinking of suggestions for a topic. Please run them by me at class.

Thank you Vincent for choosing the Arm Triangle as a subject, I had a lot of fun organizing this material!
