This is the first seminar in a new series offered to members of the Nomad Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Team.
This seminar series will provide a tonne of useful information to help super charge your game.
On October 9th we'll focus on the Arm Triangle Choke, including positioning, mechanics, entries, follow ups and combinations. This is a super high percentage submission that can be used in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts! So don’t miss out!
I guarantee you will get a lot of into out of this seminar, so make sure you bring a pen and a notepad!
